Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
CAEM-Magrini SpA since November 20th, 2018 has adopted an Organization and Management Model aimed at ensuring fairness and transparency in business and corporate activities (pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree dated June 8th 2018 n. 231, which introduced a system of administrative - but in fact penal - responsibility charged to the companies).
Code of Ethics
CAEM-MAGRINI SPA through the Code of Ethics gives evidence of its ethical and legal responsibility with principles that apply to employees, collaborators and company management.
The Code expresses the set of rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company towards "stakeholders" (employees, suppliers, customers, Public Administration, shareholders, financial market, etc ...) in order to ensure fairness and transparency conditions in business and company activities.
The Organizational Model provides that its own contents will be communicated by CAEM-Magrini SpA to business partners. We therefore invite you to download and read the two documents available at the links below.
