COMPANY QUALITY - ENVIRONMENT - HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Aware that the improvement of performance must not ignore issues such as health and safety in the workplace, respect for the rules of work ethics and the rights of its workers and respect for the environment, and considering them an integral part of the results prefixes, the Management has decided to adopt and implement a Management System for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety in compliance, respectively, with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015, UNI ISO 45001: 2023.

With this Policy, the Management communicates inside and outside the Company, which intends to operate with risk based thinking methods, efficient and transparent to ensure the continuous improvement of a socially and economically sustainable company management system.

The General Management intends to operate in full compliance with the principles set out below:

The Company Management involves the staff at all levels, making them aware of the Objectives and systematically promoting the concept of Customer satisfaction, both in the formalized / expressed requirements, and in the implicit / not expressed requirements, but in any case expected by the Customer.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Regulatory compliance is the fundamental prerequisite for all Caem Magrini spa staff. The work of all those who work in the company must take into account full compliance with all laws and regulations that govern and govern the business of the company.

The Company Management deems it essential to comply with EU and national laws and other laws, directives, standards and regulations in force and undertakes to do so.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OF WORKERS

It has always been a fundamental principle of Caem Magrini spa to guarantee all workers easy, adequate and safe working conditions.

It is the Management's commitment to use activities aimed at increasing knowledge and awareness of the risks present during the performance of work activities through training and awareness courses of the same, empowering them in their behavior during their work so that the machinery used, the plants, the equipment and workplaces are built and managed in such a way as to safeguard the health and safety of workers and the activities are carried out also with the aim of preventing
accidents, injuries and occupational diseases, as well as disseminating information on company risks to all workers;

The commitment to health and safety was strengthened in the choice of implementing the Management System in compliance with the UNI ISO 45001:2023 standard, taking on the commitment of constant prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, of continuous improvement health and safety management and performance also through adequate use of preventive actions and by defining and monitoring appropriate indicators and periodically reviewing the policy and the entire management system.

The staff will be constantly involved in the management of health and safety, each according to their responsibilities and skills and will be consulted continuously also through their representative.

The Management, with the contribution of the Company Management System, in fact hopes to introduce a constructive mentality within the company, which allows to proceed regularly in achieving the set objectives and to continuously improve company performance, defining an improvement plan annually. periodically subjecting the system to review.

The company undertakes to constantly monitor the correct application of what is defined with the adoption of the Management System and to inform, implement and support this at all company levels through its disclosure and explanation.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

We pursue a model of sustainable development and therefore consider environmental protection to be extremely important. We do everything reasonable and effective to minimize the negative effects of our activities on the environment by respecting the laws and directives on environmental protection. Our plants are of the latest generation and high technology, in order to maximize efficiency and minimize the environmental impact, with emissions close to zero, wanting to pursue continuous improvement aimed at reducing environmental impacts. This is why Caem Magrini spa adopts an environmental management system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 in order to improve environmental performance through the involvement and empowerment of all operators, especially in environmental issues, strengthening awareness and respect of the environment to all interested parties, communicating the principles of environmental sustainability to all subjects directly or indirectly involved in Caem Magrini spa, as well as adopting a privileging system in the choice of collaborators and suppliers most sensitive to environmental issues, establishing annual improvement objectives and increasingly higher performance indexes, thus reducing the environmental impact of one's business.

This Corporate Policy is disseminated to all levels of the Organization, to external bodies and to anyone interested.
