COMPANY QUALITY - ENVIRONMENT - HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

We aim to continue creating value through products and services of the highest quality and reliability, with the objective of becoming one of the leading companies in the sector, strengthening our position and international competitiveness through integration and acquisition processes.

Aware that performance improvement must not disregard essential aspects such as health and safety in the workplace, compliance with the principles of work ethics and the protection of employees’ rights, as well as respect for the environment, and considering these elements as an integral part of the results to be achieved, the Management has decided to adopt and implement a Management System for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety in accordance respectively with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2023 standards.

Through this Policy, the Management communicates both internally and externally that the Company intends to operate using efficient and transparent methods based on risk-based thinking, in order to ensure the continuous improvement of a corporate management system that is socially and economically sustainable.

Caem Magrini systematically identifies and analyses the needs and expectations of customers and relevant interested parties, assessing their impact on the company management system. This analysis enables the identification of risks and opportunities that are addressed in order to ensure full customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and the sustainability of business activities.

The General Management intends to operate in full compliance with the principles set out below.

CUSTOMERS AND PERSONNEL – SATISFACTION AND INVOLVEMENT

We are committed to supporting our customers worldwide by offering the best conditions and professional expertise, also thanks to the presence of the companies belonging to the Caem Group, in compliance with legislative and authorization requirements, with the aim of building long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. We strive to provide an efficient service by adopting state-of-the-art technologies and delivering excellent products and services, based on compliance with contractual deadlines, punctuality in the execution of agreed services and close collaboration with the Customer at all levels. This is made possible through the combined expertise of our human resources and technologically advanced resources. All those who operate for Caem Magrini S.p.A. must ensure effective Quality management in which each individual performs important tasks and activities, and the work carried out must comply with the requirements expressed by the customer and with the integrated management system established to meet the requirements of the reference standards (ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

Caem Magrini S.p.A. is committed to continuous improvement, both in terms of the Integrated Management System and in terms of training and motivation of its personnel. The Corporate Management involves personnel at all levels by informing them of the objectives and systematically promoting the concept of Customer satisfaction, both with regard to formalized or expressed requirements and to implicit or unexpressed requirements that are nonetheless expected by the Customer.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Regulatory compliance represents a fundamental prerequisite for all staff of Caem Magrini S.p.A. The activities of all those operating within the company must fully comply with all legislative provisions and regulations governing and regulating the company’s business.

The Corporate Management considers it essential to comply with European and national laws as well as with all other applicable laws, directives, standards and regulations, and undertakes to ensure such compliance.

WORKERS’ HEALTH AND SAFETY

It has always been a fundamental principle of Caem Magrini S.p.A. to guarantee all workers appropriate, suitable and safe working conditions.

Management is committed to promoting initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and knowledge of the risks present during work activities through training and awareness programs, encouraging employees to adopt responsible behaviour during their work so that machinery, systems, equipment and workplaces are designed and managed in such a way as to safeguard the health and safety of workers. Activities are also carried out with the objective of preventing incidents, injuries and occupational diseases, as well as disseminating information on company risks to all employees.

The commitment to health and safety has been strengthened through the decision to implement a Management System in accordance with the UNI ISO 45001:2023 standard, assuming the commitment to constant prevention of accidents and occupational diseases and to the continuous improvement of health and safety management and performance, also through the appropriate use of preventive actions, defining and monitoring suitable indicators and periodically reviewing the policy and the entire management system.

Personnel will be constantly involved in health and safety management, each according to their responsibilities and competencies, and will be continuously consulted, also through their representative.

With the support of the Corporate Management System, the Management aims to introduce within the company a constructive mindset that allows the organization to progress steadily towards the achievement of the established objectives and continuously improve company performance, by defining an annual improvement plan and periodically reviewing the system.

The company undertakes to constantly monitor the correct application of what has been defined through the adoption of the Management System and to ensure that this Policy is communicated, implemented and supported at all company levels through its dissemination and explanation.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

We pursue a model of sustainable development and therefore consider environmental protection to be of utmost importance. We do everything that is reasonable and effective to minimize the negative effects of our activities on the environment, in compliance with environmental protection laws and directives. Our plants are of the latest generation and high technology, with the aim of maximizing efficiency and minimizing environmental impact, with emissions close to zero, pursuing continuous improvement aimed at reducing environmental impacts. For this reason, Caem Magrini S.p.A. adopts a management system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 in order to improve environmental performance through the involvement and responsibility of all operators, strengthening environmental awareness and respect among all interested parties, communicating the principles of environmental sustainability to all subjects directly or indirectly involved with Caem Magrini S.p.A., and adopting a system that prioritizes the selection of collaborators and suppliers who are particularly sensitive to environmental issues.

We establish environmental objectives consistent with the identified risks and improvement opportunities, defining increasingly demanding performance indicators and systematically monitoring their achievement, with the aim of progressively reducing the environmental impact of our activities.

This Corporate Policy is communicated at all levels of the Organization, to external bodies and to anyone who may be interested.
