Organizational and Management Model
Since November 20, 2018, CAEM-Magrini S.p.A. has adopted an Organizational and Management Model designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities.
The Model was adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, which introduced a system of administrative liability for legal entities in relation to certain crimes committed in the interest or to the benefit of the company.
The adoption of the 231 Model represents a fundamental tool for promoting ethical, transparent and legally compliant behavior.
Code of Ethics
Through its Code of Ethics, CAEM-MAGRINI S.p.A. demonstrates its commitment to principles of ethical and legal responsibility that apply to employees, collaborators and company management.
The Code of Ethics defines the set of rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company towards all stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, customers, Public Authorities, shareholders and the financial market.
Its objective is to ensure fairness, transparency and integrity in the management of corporate activities and relationships.
Communication to Business Partners
The Organizational Model requires CAEM-Magrini S.p.A. to communicate the contents of both the Model and the Code of Ethics to its business partners.

Reporting Violations of the 231 Model
Reports concerning potential violations of the Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 may be submitted to the Supervisory Body through the channels made available by the Company.
