1. Who processes your data (Data Controller)

CAEM-Magrini S.p.A. is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we use your data, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This information concerns the processing of personal data, including e-mail address, other addresses or personal identifiers.
2. What kind of data we process
Our company will acquire and process only personal and possibly fiscal data.
We will never process data classified as "particular" (special categories) under art. 9 of Regulation 679.
3. Why we process your data (purposes)
Your personal data is processed for three distinct purposes:
a) Contractual and pre-contractual purposes
Provision of data: necessary
To follow up on specific contractual and pre-contractual needs with our company, the consequent fulfilment of legal and tax obligations, and to allow effective management of financial and commercial relationships. Provision of data is necessary to allow us to execute your requests.
b) Informational and/or promotional purposes
Provision of data: optional
For the continuation of the contractual relationship, by sending commercial, advertising and illustrative communications about our products and services (catalogues, brochures, product samples, gadgets, etc.), by any means (mail, post, fax, telephone, etc.). You are free to request cancellation from these communications at any time.
c) Handling reports under the "Model 231"
Provision of data: necessary
To process reports received from customers regarding "Model 231" matters, in accordance with the Organization and Control Model adopted by the company.
4. How we process the data
Data is organized in paper archives and electronic databases. Processing takes place through manual, IT and telematic tools, following procedures suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, in compliance with the security measures required by art. 32 GDPR.
5. Who can access your data
Data may be known only by specifically appointed employees of CAEM-Magrini S.p.A.
6. Who we share data with
Your data may be shared with external parties, including:
- Parties who can access it by virtue of legal provisions
- Banking institutions, in particular for payment management
- Freight forwarders, fast delivery services, and postal services
- Professionals and external consultants (law firms, insurance companies, agents) for the protection of rights arising from contracts
- External marketing management companies appointed by the company
- Public Authorities
Your data will never be disseminated.
7. How long we keep the data
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, in compliance with statutory time limits.
